Las Vegas Real Estate Ends 2020 with a Robust Trend

Below is the 2020 Las Vegas & Henderson Real Estate Market Wrap by the Las Vegas Realtor’s President, Aldo Martinez.

Basically, our market sees no end in sight as far as population influx is concerned.  Aside from the on going California exodus – we are experiencing the start of the same from Arizonans, who are fleeing the new 9% state tax that has been imposed there as of November 2020 on high income earners.

Our MLS has started a “Coming Soon” category – whereby, we can set our clients up to receive e-mail alerts for homes and condos that are not yet on the market. This will really give buyers the extra edge in getting first divvies on homes before they are officially open for showings.  Multiple offers are common these days, and lenders are slammed. In such a competitive environment, getting a jump start on new to market listings, or newly released lots  in the case of brand new homes), can be invaluable in obtaining that perfect property.
